About the role
As a Business Development Manager in the Nordics, you will play a strategic role in building strong, sustainable customer relationships that position IN Groupe as the preferred partner for corporate access credentials. You’ll drive high‑level engagement with key market players, expand our presence by identifying and penetrating new accounts, and ensure customers and partners experience a seamless, friction‑free journey when proposing, quoting, and sourcing our solutions.
Location: EUROPE – NORDICS, CENTRAL EUROPE (BENELUX, POLAND, BALTICS, GERMANY, AUSTRIA, BALKANS)
Main responsibilities
Develop and support existing customers by strengthening their understanding of our solutions and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Follow up quickly on marketing‑generated opportunities.
Manage the full sales funnel—from prospecting to closing—to meet targets.
Represent the company at local events in coordination with Marketing.
Advise leadership on local market dynamics.
Gather and prioritize customer needs for the product roadmap, ensuring alignment between customer usage, missing features, future evolutions, and growth opportunities.
Maintain an updated customer stakeholder map to identify key decision‑makers and ensure clear communication channels between both organizations.
Track and report customer sales trends by product, region, and market segment.
About you
Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or MBA
Minimum of 5 years experience in the IT, cybersecurity, or software industry
Proven B2B Sales or Pre-sales background with strong partner-management experience with solutions selling skills.
Excellent communication abilities, including presentations, written communication, and active listening
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
Comfortable working within an international environment and collaborating across borders
Self‑driven, motivated, and accountable for delivering results
Proactive in identifying customer needs and recommending actionable solutions
Willingness to travel as required
French language skills are a plus, though not mandatory
