About the role
The Regional Finance Planning & Coordination Analyst supports the coordination of financial planning, forecasting and performance reporting activities across the MEA & APAC regions.
The role contributes to the reliability and consistency of financial information, while providing consolidated analysis and insights to support regional business and Finance decision-making.
Main responsibilities
Regional FP&A Coordination
Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and reporting cycles across MEA & APAC.
Ensure timely and accurate collection of financial inputs from local Finance teams and business stakeholders.
Support alignment of regional planning calendars, templates and reporting requirements.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Consolidate and analyze regional financial data to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards and management presentations.
Identify key trends, performance drivers and areas requiring attention.
Process Harmonization & Data Reliability
Contribute to the standardization of FP&A processes, reporting tools and methodologies across entities.
Support continuous improvement of financial reporting practices and data quality.
Collaborate with Finance teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency and reliability of regional financial information.
Profile required
6 to 10 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, controlling or regional finance.
Experience in an international, regional or multi-entity environment.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and performance analysis.
Advanced Excel skills and good command of reporting and analytical tools.
Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Fluency in English; French would be an asset.
