ABOUT THE TEAM & ROLE
Are you passionate about creating intuitive and accessible digital solutions that make a difference for millions of users? IN Groupe Denmark is looking for an experienced Data Specialist to join our MitID team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing our enterprise data warehouse and associated data processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-quality data solutions.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in data engineering, hands-on experience with data warehousing concepts, and familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO).
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Core Engineering Tasks
Maintain and document environment details across development, QA, and production systems
Design, implement, and optimize data ingestion processes from multiple source systems
Develop and maintain data models (dimensional / relational) aligned with business requirements
Manage and monitor job scheduling workflows (Automic), ensuring reliability and performance
Oversee and maintain data export scripts and processes
Support and enhance the Broker Invoice process within the data platform
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data workflows and deployments
Track and manage upcoming RFCs, change requests, and orders
Operational responsibilities
Maintain and prioritize backlogs for data engineering tasks and improvements
Perform production monitoring, maintenance, and support, ensuring system stability
Execute and improve deployment and QA processes
Identify, document, and resolve known issues, ensuring minimal business impact
Collaboration and improvement
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams
Continuously improve data architecture, pipelines, and processes
Ensure best practices in data quality, governance, and performance
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Proven experience in data engineering and data warehouse development
Strong knowledge of:
Data modeling (Kimball, star/snowflake schemas)
ETL/ELT processes and tools
SQL and database technologies
Oracle DB
Spark
Cloudera
Sqoop
Universe Designer
Experience with job scheduling tools (preferably Automic)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO) and SAP ERP
GREAT TO HAVE:
Experience with large-scale enterprise data platforms
Knowledge of scripting (Python, Shell, etc.)
Experience with monitoring tools and production support
Understanding of finance-related datasets (e.g., invoicing processes)
Agile / DevOps working experience
