Your Mission
Lead the commercial strategy and sales execution across the Andean region, driving revenue growth while leading a team of Key Account Managers.
You will expand strategic opportunities, strengthen relationships with government and enterprise clients, and support the team in closing complex technology deals.
This role sits at the intersection of sales leadership, business development, and strategic partnerships.
What You’ll Lead
Regional sales strategy and revenue growth
Leadership and coaching of the Key Account Management team
Strategic account development and expansion
Support in complex deal negotiation and closing
Management of the full sales cycle (pipeline → close)
Development of opportunities with government and regulated industries
Executive relationships with key stakeholders
Market expansion and strategic partnerships
What You’ll Drive

What We’re Looking For
15–20+ years in technology or software sales
5–8+ years leading commercial teams (KAM / Account Managers)
Strong experience managing the full enterprise sales cycle
Proven track record selling to government / public sector clients
Experience closing large and complex technology deals
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
Experience in digital identity, security, fintech, biometrics, or government technology
Background in companies such as IN Groupe or similar
