About the role

As an IT Audit Lead, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating audit processes related to the annual IT audit statements across NemLog-in and MitID, Denmark's digital identity and access solutions. You will be the link between customers, external auditors, control owners and the business and play a central role in ensuring that the necessary documentation is obtained, quality assured and delivered in a timely manner.

You will report to IN Groupe Denmark's General Manager and will be the daily manager of a professionally strong team with two colleagues who work with GDPR, compliance, information security and risk management.

The role also involves supervisory tasks for our customers and contributing to the further development of processes within risk management and compliance. It requires both structure, overview and good collaboration skills – as well as the ability to familiarize yourself with complex IT solutions and translate requirements into concrete actions.

Main responsibilities

· Coordinate audits and deliveries in relation to ISAE 3000 declarations (information security, GDPR, NSIS, etc.)

· Obtain, structure and quality assure documentation from control owners and disciplines

· Handle supervisory tasks on behalf of the customer and ensure documentation and reporting

· Contribute to the optimisation and development of compliance and risk processes

· Collaborate broadly with IT security, law, business and management

· Work in and further develop our control frameworks and documentation tools in order to streamline processes

About you

· 5+ years of experience in IT audit, internal audit, or compliance.

· Project management experience; people leadership is an advantage.

· Strong background in IT audit and risk management, ideally in regulated or IT‑heavy environments.

· Solid knowledge of ISO 27001, ISAE 3000/3402, NSIS, eIDAS, and GDPR.

· Technical understanding of complex IT and security environments.

· Excellent communication skills in Danish and English.

· Structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented work style.

· Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive team performance.
