ABOUT THE TEAM

You’ll join a team of experienced and dedicated colleagues who share a strong commitment to delivering secure, stable, and high-quality digital identity solutions. At MitID, reliability and IT security are at the core of everything we build, ranging from applied cryptography to user-facing authentication flows. The team works in a collaborative Scrum setup with architects, developers, business analysts, testers, a Product Owner, and other key stakeholders. Together, we design and deliver enhancements and updates to the MitID platform.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Scrum Master, you will play a central role in ensuring that the team operates efficiently, continuously improves, and delivers high-value digital identity solutions. You will facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, coach the team in agile practices, and help maintain a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration. Your work will be essential to ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery, supporting the team in maintaining the highest standards of reliability, usability, and security across our services.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Support the team in achieving sprint goals by removing blockers and streamlining workflows.

• Coach team members and stakeholders in Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring continuous improvement.

• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

• Help maintain transparency around progress, risks, and dependencies.

• Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a well-defined and continuously refined backlog.

• Support cross-team coordination within the broader MitID organisation
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to apply them effectively.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and coordination skills.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, testers, analysts).

• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and remove impediments.
