About the role
The Product Manager is responsible for defining, steering, and evolving a digital products and services component, from strategy to market delivery. Acting as the central link between Regions, R&D / Digital Factory and Marketing and Communication teams, the Product Manager ensures that each product meets market expectations, customer needs, and organizational strategic objectives.
The role follows the Product & Service Lines (P&SL) operating model, covering portfolio ownership, roadmap definition, business case creation, product lifecycle management, and cross‑functional coordination to secure successful execution and adoption.
Main responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define product vision and guide evolution using market and customer insights.
Roadmap Definition & Portfolio Management
Build and prioritize the roadmap and support lifecycle management.
Execution & Delivery
Translate needs into requirements and coordinate development and releases.
Go to Market & Stakeholder Enablement
Support sales, consolidate regional needs, and contribute to go‑to‑market elements.
Profile required
· 1–3 years of experience in product management, project coordination, or business analysis.
· Strong interest in digital products, user needs, and market trends.
· Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
· Analytical mindset and basic familiarity with product development or agile environments.
· Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑moving context.
