Your Mission

Own end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, quality, timeline, budget, and stakeholder alignment, while driving value for clients and internal teams.

You’ll operate at the intersection of technology, business, and governance.

What You’ll Be Leading

• Full project lifecycle management (initiation → closure)

• Scope definition, backlog ownership & acceptance criteria governance

• Roadmap planning, milestone tracking & capacity forecasting

• Budget control & cost optimization

• Risk management & mitigation planning

• Vendor & third-party coordination

• Regulatory and compliance alignment

• Executive-level stakeholder reporting

• Continuous improvement & delivery optimization

You will own scope, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years leading IT projects (SaaS, PaaS, integrations, enterprise solutions)

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile & hybrid methodologies

• Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams

• Proven ability to manage vendors and external partners

• Financial acumen (budget tracking & cost control)

• Advanced English (B2+)

• PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL or similar certifications (preferred)

• Degree in Systems Engineering or related field

• Postgraduate in project management
